I have ordered clothes, shoes, toys, and more. The quality and communication have been great. Jane is like a bunch of boutiques all using one site. Sellers have to be approved by the Jane team to make sure the quality is good, they don’t allow just anything on their site! If you like all the stuff that you see at overpriced boutiques, but don’t want to spend those crazy prices you will love Jane!
There are two catches! First, there’s a shipping fee. When I post Jane prices I always add the shipping fee to the price before posting so nobody is shocked. If you’re willing to pay for what I post then it shouldn’t matter that part of it goes to the shipping. I had one issue with a product but the people at Jane were great about working with me and. Sometimes it’s kind of nice when someone messes up because then you can see how they really are when they handle a problem! The second catch, each Jane item is only available for up to 3 days. Sometimes it’s less if it sells out sooner. If it’s popular it may come back a month or so, but if you miss the deal you can’t just pay full price like if you miss an Amazon lightning deal! I post Jane deals every day in our private group because it’s super active and I want to make sure you can see them in time! I try to post items that have reviews already, but sometimes something brand new catches my eye so I post it anyway if there are good reviews for the seller.
