Breakfast for Dinner Casserole Recipe!

This easy recipe is one my kids love! If you’re craving breakfast for dinner, this casserole is a must-try!
What I used:
- Shredded hash browns (I did 2 bags, but one would be plenty)
- 2 cups of cheese of your choice (I used white cheddar and mozzarella)
- 1 cup or more of chopped ham (you can use your meat of choice or keep it vegetarian)
- 2 green onion, finely chopped
- 9 eggs
- 1 cup of whole milk
- Salt and pepper
What I used:
- Spray your pan and add the shredded hash browns.
- Add cheese of your choice spreading them evenly. Add the ham and green onions on top.
- In a separate bowl whisk milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over the rest. Cover with aluminum foil and bake it off at 350 for 25 minutes.
- Then uncover, and bake off for another 20 minutes until the egg is set in the center and the borders are a little golden.
