What I used:
- 1 (12-count) package Hawaiian rolls (we tried both of the original Hawaiian and the savory butter and my family preferred the savory butter for this recipe)
- ½ tsp minced garlic
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- Frozen meatballs
- 6 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ tsp parsley
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
What to do:
- Lay out your rolls on top.
- Cut a small hole in the center of each roll and make space for a meatball.
- Mix melted butter and garlic in a bowl.
- Brush the rolls with the garlic butter.
- Add a spoonful of marinara to the center of each roll, bake for 8 minutes.
- Add a meatball and more sauce.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 F for 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
