Valentine's Day Frozen Yogurt Bites Recipe

Here’s an easy, healthy Valentine’s Day treat! All you need is Greek yogurt and some strawberries or raspberries.

What to do:

  1. Blend up your favorite creamy Greek yogurt and strawberries or raspberries (Shop my personal blender here and my cutting board set here). I used vanilla Greek and it was still pretty tart, you may want to try strawberry Greek or sweeter fruit. You can add a little vanilla or almond extract and stevia if you want them extra sweet.
  2. Add sprinkles and pour it into the mold.
  3. Freeze and enjoy! They melt quickly, so these are some thing that you want to pop out of the freezer as an after school snack and eat right away. Here is the plate that I served them on!
