Gift Guide for your favorite Traveler
I know the world feels like it will be shut down forever, but when it opens all your travel lovers will be ready to run to the airport! Here are some gifts that will make them happy and ready to jet-set again!
- NEVERFULL / SPEEDY PURSE ORGANIZER: This one is a personal favorite. A lot of women travel with Louis Vuitton Speedy and Neverfull bags. I use a preloved Speedy 40 as my carry on and overnight bag. It goes with me on every trip. It was just a big black hole but I got this organizer and love it!!! The middle part with the zipper can also be used separately. It’s a great way to take a lot with you but to keep it all organized!
- HIDDEN MONEY POUCH – This one is marketed toward women but I love how there’s a male reviewer showing how he connected it to his pants to tuck in. This is a great way to carry money, credit cards, and keys without fear of being pickpocketed!
- DRAWSTRING TRAVEL MESH BACKPACK – I have this and love it. It doesn’t take a ton of room in your suitcase, but it holds a lot while you are out and about. I love that it has mesh. We took ours to Hawaii so that was helpful. It also has two small zipper areas and it’s comfortable.
- DRIP DROP – Get yourself hydrated! Between all the coffee, flights, or long car rides it’s easy to get dry lips and dehydrated fast! Drip drop is my favorite hydration drink. It’s sweet, but not too sweet. I like the taste and it completely dissolves. Great for hangovers too! I drink them almost daily since we’ve been home and I’ve been drinking more coffee. I can tell a big difference in my lips since using it!
- TRAVEL STEAMER – I don’t iron. I used to hang clothes in the bathroom or shower when we traveled but they always ended up wet or stayed wrinkled. I was so happy when I got introduced to a travel steamer. We have a whole bunch of them because I use them even at home and somehow they get lost with my family. I love that it just takes a minute and your clothes look great, no iron required!
- TRAVEL WALLET – I would LOVE one of these. I don’t know about you, but taking my family of 6 to the airport is its own adventure. Trying to keep IDs, passports, tickets all in a spot that’s easy to get to that I won’t lose when going through TSA while I’m making sure my kids aren’t taking water or too much hair gel is a challenge! I lose my tickets in my bags multiple times before getting to our terminal. I love that this holds everything, including your tickets so you can have a stress free airport experience!
- CASHMERE SCARF – Saving my favorite for last. This is more of a splurge, but cashmere is the best. I love scarves for travel. I have a different one, but the pink version of this one is calling me! They are cozy and warm, easy to pack on wear on a plane. Great gift for your travel lover, or for almost anyone on your list!
- PACKING CUBES – I thought these were stupid. I thought they would take up more room in my already full suitcases, but somehow they save room! It’s like magic. They help keep everything organized & keep the suitcases neat. We have 6 sets so everyone in my house has their own color. Makes unpacking at hotels super simple for when we share suitcases!
- ELECTRONICS ACCESSORIES CASE – My boys got these before our last big trip. It’s a great way to keep cords, bricks, memory cards, and power banks altogether in one place without getting tangled and broken!
- LAUNDRY BAG – This is another one I own and use on every trip! It folds really small, but opens and holds a LOT!!! I mostly use it for trips we drive to and fill it up with a big pile of dirty laundry to do when I get home.
- LUGGAGE SCALE – I don’t know about you but I ALWAYS overpack. We have to weigh my suitcase over and over. I’ve been that person at the airport taking things out of her suitcase and smooshing them into her carryon not to pay the extra baggage fee! This luggage scale is an awesome idea and doesn’t take a lot of room in your bags! A perfect, inexpensive gift for travel lovers!
- TRAVEL JEWELRY HOLDERS – If your favorite traveler wears jewelry she will need something to bring her favorites with her! This hanging jewelry holder is my favorite. It looks big but folds flat. I like that it holds a lot because I struggle with choosing what to bring! It comes with a few options, mine is large. If you are looking for something smaller and more sturdy I also have this one. It’s cute, compact, well made. The price is great and you can even leave it next to your bed if you take your jewelry off every night.
