High Protein Meal Idea for Super Bowl Snacks or a Family Dinner!

Looking for a high-protein meal to snack while cheering for your favorite team? Check out this recipe! You can make it for family dinners too!
What I used:
- 2 lbs ean ground beef (or turkey)
- 2 packet of taco seasoning
- 2 can reduced fat refried beans
- 2 cans red enchilada sauce
- Plain greek yogurt
- Milk
- Colby Jack Cheese
What to do:
- Brown ground beef and add bag of taco seasoning.
- In a bowl mix refried beans, a little milk, the rest of your taco seasoning. Spread this mixture onto your baking dish.
- Layer cooked ground beef and add a can of red enchilada sauce on top of your taco meat.
- Mix plain Greek yogurt and can enchilada sauce as your sour cream layer, this is optional but this adds creaminess + protein.
- Add Colby Jack cheese on top and bake at 350 for 15-20 mins.
