High Protein Meal Idea for Super Bowl Snacks or a Family Dinner!

Looking for a high-protein meal to snack while cheering for your favorite team? Check out this recipe! You can make it for family dinners too!

What I used:

What to do:

  1. Brown ground beef and add bag of taco seasoning.
  2. In a bowl mix refried beans, a little milk, the rest of your taco seasoning. Spread this mixture onto your baking dish.
  3. Layer cooked ground beef and add a can of red enchilada sauce on top of your taco meat.
  4. Mix plain Greek yogurt and can enchilada sauce as your sour cream layer, this is optional but this adds creaminess + protein.
  5. Add Colby Jack cheese on top and bake at 350 for 15-20 mins.

This meal idea can be served alone or with chips! How are you eating it?
