Kid Friendly Pool Party Bar Cart
How cute is this bar cart?!?! My mother in law bought it for my birthday! My backyard is decorated with turquoise and hot pink so this is perfect for me! The bar cart was at Home Goods for $70. The bottom of the has my old beach towels rolled up for the kids and their friends. On the bottom left of the bark cart is a pink basket from the Dollar Tree (I love that store for baskets). In the pink basket are extra sunscreens and goggles. Next to the pink basket is another container I found around the house and has cheap sunglasses. My son got some free sunglasses from college, people leave some in our back yard after parties, and I got some free at the KROQ Weenie Roast concert a few years back. If anyone comes over and need sunglasses they are there for the taking!
The top of the bar cart has cute stuff from Pier One! The flamingo water jug will most likely be filled with some not so kid friendly drinks this summer! To the right of that is a flamingo ice bucket, also from pier one. Inside of it are the best towels ever!
These two are my favorite of the 4! I love the little tassels. These pool towels are from Home Goods. They were also birthday gifts. I love them because they are super soft, thick, cute, and big! They fit all the way around adults with room to spare.
For adult-only parties, I would change up the bar cart. The cute towels would go on the bottom. The ice bucket would be filed with Malibu and vodka on ice. The drink dispenser would have a pre-made Bahama Mama mix and there would be cute cups in between! Ahhh, that sounds wonderful, but I’m a mom so it’s not a regular summer bar cart, it’s a kid-friendly pool party bar cart. Got to love the Mom Life! HAHAHA
